What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Your information and card are encrypted by a secure SSL connection, tokenized to anonymize your credit card PAN # (save the last four digits, so we can communicate billing with our guests), and stored in an offsite PCI compliant server dedicated to security. In plain English, David Burke Tavern cannot see your full credit card number – the number on the face of your credit card known as the PAN – but we can see the last four numbers of your card for reference in billing questions and issues.
